I had a few issues with my truck and Len Dudas Motors were able to resolve all of them in a timely fashion. Garry shuttled me to work with then electric car.. He's proud of it.

Everything was handled well. Jack greeted me and took care of my appointment well. The only disappointment I have is how long it took to get the appointment.

The people at Len Dudas are friendly, courteous, helpful and go above and beyond to help.

Took 3 trips to point to get fixed, first trip converter gasket wouldn't seal, 2nd trip wrong gasket ordered, had to take home broken, returned a week later for the fix. 3rd trip wasn't told it would take all day, 4th trip return to pick up once fixed. You are great with providing a loner car.

I had two items that needed to be taken care of. The first was a recall for reprograming and that was taken care of without issue. The second item was a backup camera that was not working at all when I stopped in to make the service appointment. The Service Writer ( I don’t know his name, but unfortunately I can only describe him as a big very heavy set fellow) was too lazy to take a minute and plug into my truck and check for a fault code. He set up the service appointment for me about a week and a half out. So, my backup camera starts working the day before I brought my truck in for service. They did the reprogram, but couldn’t find an issue with the camera. They did check and clean the connector in the tailgate, because I told them that it may have started working again after opening and closing it when I was using it the day before. It is still working so far. But, I know that there would have been a lot better chance of knowing for sure that they had found the problem if the Service Writer would have taken the time to read the error code while the camera wasn’t working! And it wasn’t busy when I stopped in with the backup camera issue Either!

Friendly service, quick and long lasting fixes

The work that was done was excellent. But the communication about what was being done with me vehicle was not stellar. After completing my insurance companies app about the accident, I was directed to Len Dudas for the repair. Progressives app stated that I could drop off the truck on Wednesday the 4th and if that didn't work for Len Dudas, I would be contacted. When I arrived late on Feb. 3, I was told that Len Dudas did not have an ok yet from Progressive to complete the repairs, but I had already received an estimate from Progressive. I called on Feb. 6th to see what was going on and I was told that they were waiting on Progressive to ok extra repairs. I called again on Feb. 12th and was told that Progressive would be in touch with me and the Body Shop was very busy. On Feb .13th Progressive contacted me and stated that I would not get my truck back until Feb. 20th. I did not receive any further communication from Len Dudas until Feb 16th when they informed me that my vehicle was finished and I could come and pick it up. I feel that if I had information early about how long the repairs would take, I would have brought the truck in later, so I did not need to borrow a car for so long.

Everyone was very helpful and responsive. My truck was assessed for a leak, but parts needed to be ordered. Communication was great facilitating follow up and scheduling future appointment. Work was completed promptly and thoroughly. It's honestly just a pleasure to work with everyone at Len Dudas.

Great service. Very friendly and concise

I came in for a simple tire rotation and now my front left tire inflation indicator isn’t working-says flat even though it is inflated to correct psi. When I called the service person seemed disinterested and said come back and they’ll look at it.

Service was completed very quickly and an issue with a potential tire leak was reviewed by 3 technicians to determine whether the leak was actually occurring. I feel like that was a very thorough review of the problem. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous!!

Making an appointment is convenient. Service was completed in a timely fashion. No problems. I was able to use my points and coupons for a payment. I also received a free box of Girl Scout cookies for bringing in my vehicle for service. Thank You for helping out the Girl Scouts by purchasing cookies from them. It is a great cause.

I made an appointment on the internet a week before and picked the time and date all worked great they gave a conformation and when I arrived Timothy took care of us and when done with service he came and got us from waiting room we are happy with the service at Len Dudas as we drive from Fond Du Lac
